At Supremerapic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free process.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
    • Gift cards or e-gift cards

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@supremerapic.net or call (352) 799-8781 to initiate your return. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is processed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
  4. Packaging: Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
  • Refund: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials as they may be needed for the return process.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.

7. International Returns

We currently only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. International orders are not eligible for return at this time.
